Editorial Board

Editorial appointments will be published only after each person’s role, affiliation, institutional email, and consent have been verified.

The Editorial Board of Studi Economici e Sociali: Rivista di vita economica is responsible for safeguarding the journal’s academic quality, editorial independence, ethical standards, disciplinary relevance, and international development. Members are selected on the basis of their scholarly qualifications, publication record, subject expertise, editorial experience, professional integrity, and ability to contribute actively to the journal.

The Editorial Board supports the Editor-in-Chief in defining the journal’s academic direction, developing its editorial policies, evaluating the relevance of submissions, identifying qualified peer reviewers, maintaining publication standards, expanding international participation, and promoting the journal within the scholarly community.

Editorial decisions are based solely on the originality, academic quality, methodological soundness, ethical compliance, relevance, clarity, and contribution of the manuscript. Decisions must not be influenced by the authors’ nationality, institutional affiliation, gender, religion, political position, seniority, personal relationships, or geographical origin.

All editors must disclose any actual or potential conflict of interest. An editor must not participate in the assessment of a manuscript authored by the editor, a recent collaborator, a member of the same institution, a family member, or any person with whom the editor has a relationship that could affect impartiality. Such manuscripts are assigned to an independent editor who has no conflict of interest.

Submissions from members of the Editorial Board are not given preferential treatment. They are subject to the same editorial screening, peer-review requirements, ethical standards, and acceptance criteria as all other manuscripts. The submitting editor has no access to confidential reviews or editorial deliberations concerning the manuscript.
